Each year Haven House, a homeless shelter for families, has a variety of student volunteers from MSU.

EL provides countless internship opportunities for MSU students, particularly with the EL Prime Time Senior program and the city’s Communication Department.

During the fall and spring, Listening Ear, a crisis intervention center, has a staff of approximately 70 to 80 people, 75 percent of whom are MSU students.
